Complaints


The company seeks to solve any problem facing the customer, "the complainant" according to the guidelines of the Capital Market Authority relating to the settlement of complaints procedures. If the company or the complainant could not reach a satisfactory solution, it is the right of the complainant to submit his complaint to the Financial Market Authority. Any objections submitted in writing, is submitted by the complainant or on his behalf, it will be treated as a complaint. All complaints will be given careful attention and will be handled promptly and impartially.

Submitting the complaint

The complaint is submitted by phone or e-mail or by filling out a complaint form on the website, to the following address:

Conformation will be placed on the receipt of the complaint within three working days period

Decision on the complaint

The company will verify the complaint, and appoint one of its employees to follow and address the complaint, provided that there is no relationship between the employee and the subject which is the matter of the complaint. The company will seek to reach a solution to address the complaint within 10 working days from the date of reception. In case of the company could not give a final response Within 10 working days, it will prepare a written response illustrating the reasons that prevent access to that and the date expected to solve that complaint. In all cases, the company will notify the complainant in writing about the developments of his complaint every 4 weeks maximum until that complaint is solved. If the company had not received any communication from the complainant within 15 working days from the submission of final written response date it will be considered that the subject of the complaint is terminated.

Saving the complaint

Upon the completion of the processing of the complaint and closing it, the officer in charge of saving the complaint and documenting actions taken about it in written complaints record
